The Space Cannon Budtender Hookup is an exclusive, invitation-only promotional program for eligible budtenders.

Access is provided through privately shared promotional links. These links may only be shared directly with eligible budtenders through private messages, texts, or emails.

Public posting, publishing, advertising, or distribution of Budtender Hookup links is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited distribution includes, but is not limited to:

• Public social media posts, stories, and profile bios.
• Public websites, forums, and coupon-sharing platforms.
• Public or mass-distribution messaging groups.
• Paid advertising or other publicly accessible promotional channels.

Space Cannon reserves the right to deactivate promotional links, revoke program access, and cancel unfulfilled orders associated with unauthorized distribution, subject to applicable law.

2. Program Eligibility

The Budtender Hookup is available exclusively to individuals currently employed as budtenders at licensed cannabis dispensaries.

By participating, you certify that you are an active budtender and meet the program's eligibility requirements.

Space Cannon reserves the right to request reasonable verification of employment or eligibility before fulfilling an order.

3. Exclusive Promotional Pricing

Eligible budtenders receive $50 off the regular retail price of $149, bringing the promotional price to $99 with free standard shipping.

This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, coupon codes, or promotions unless expressly authorized by Space Cannon.

Applicable sales taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout.

4. Personal Use Only

The Budtender Hookup is intended for the personal use of eligible budtenders.

Purchases made for unauthorized resale, commercial redistribution, or on behalf of ineligible individuals are prohibited.

Space Cannon reserves the right to establish reasonable purchase limits to prevent misuse of the program.

5. Eligibility Verification

By placing an order, you confirm that all eligibility information provided is accurate and truthful.

Space Cannon may request reasonable documentation or other verification confirming active employment as a budtender.

If eligibility cannot be verified or a participant does not meet the program requirements, Space Cannon reserves the right to cancel the order before shipment and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Space Cannon will not automatically charge additional amounts to a customer's payment method based on an eligibility determination.

6. Promotional Link Restrictions

Budtender Hookup links are intended solely for private distribution to eligible participants.

Participants may not:

• Publish or distribute links publicly.
• Submit links to coupon or discount-sharing websites.
• Use links in paid advertising.
• Misrepresent eligibility to obtain promotional pricing.
• Circumvent program restrictions or verification requirements.

Space Cannon may deactivate links or restrict participation when it reasonably determines that these requirements have been violated.

7. Shipping

Qualifying Budtender Hookup purchases include free standard shipping to eligible shipping destinations.

Shipping availability, delivery estimates, and any applicable restrictions are determined during checkout.

Space Cannon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

8. Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

Budtender Hookup purchases are covered by Space Cannon's 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Eligible customers may request a return and refund within 30 days, subject to the published satisfaction guarantee and return policy.

9. Limited Warranty

Space Cannon devices purchased through the Budtender Hookup are covered by the applicable 2-year limited warranty.

Warranty coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures are governed by Space Cannon's published warranty terms.

Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or misuse may void applicable warranty coverage to the extent permitted by law.

10. Program Abuse & Misrepresentation

Space Cannon reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse, fraudulent eligibility claims, unauthorized link distribution, or other violations of these terms.

Where reasonably warranted, Space Cannon may:

• Request additional eligibility verification.
• Cancel unfulfilled orders and issue refunds.
• Deactivate promotional links.
• Restrict future participation in the program.

These actions are subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

11. Program Changes & Termination

Space Cannon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Budtender Hookup program at any time.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter completed purchases or existing customer rights.
