30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
You have 30 days to test drive the Space Cannon. If at any time during the 30 day period you are unsatisfied simply send it back. Our money back policy will be voided by noticeable wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. We’ll inspect the device to ensure there is no damage before granting a full refund. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase if you have purchased from one of our authorized retailers. Refund policy only applies to original end-user purchaser only. Our refund policy does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party reseller such as eBay and Craigslist.

Space Cannon’s replacement program includes the battery and MOD. Tanks & coils are NOT included in this warranty. We will refuse any packages sent to us containing tanks or coils. Warranty is not applicable to any of our other products. The Limited Warranty Replacement Program does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries, heating coils or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions.
The Limited Warranty Replacement Program applies only to products manufactured by Space Cannon. Products must be identifiable by the Space Cannons trademark or logo. The Limited Warranty Replacement Program is void for any of the following reasons:
1. Intentionally opening up or disassembling your device in any way will void your warranty
2. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic due to abuse
3. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, theft, or other external causes
4. Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use
5. Damage to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability
We are not liable for any items lost or damaged while in transit. If a package is lost or damaged in any way please contact your shipping agent to file a dispute. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase if you have purchased from one of our authorized retailers. Warranty applies to the original end-user purchaser only. Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party reseller such as eBay and Craigslist. Our warranty replacement program applies to authorized dealers of our product only. Please allow a full 5-7 business days for replacement processing.
